attentive staff clean hotel wide selection reasonable price
I found the hotel clean and well kept. the staff was very attentive and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. i received complimentary water in my room upon arrival, a detail i appreciated, and breakfast offered a wide selection of buffet items. prices for drinks and additional food were reasonable.
the incline from the road to the reception lift was quite steep, which could be challenging with mobility issues. it was a minor inconvenience. though

restrictive setup confusing dining
the all-inclusive setup felt restrictive. the buffet offered adequate choices though it became monotonous. opting for the à la carte restaurant incurred unexpected charges, including drinks typically covered in other all-inclusive packages.

maintained complex friendly staff confusing option boring buffet
the hotel maintained the complex very well. the staff was very friendly. they were accommodating to my needs.
the all inclusive option was confusing, i felt! the buffet seemed adequate but boring. it happened twice.

lovely view spacious rooms comfortable bed food choice
The location offers a lovely bay view. The rooms are spacious and include a huge, comfortable bed. I found the bathroom to be nice. The food at the main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice and good quality (the fresh pizzas are amazing!).
I found that branded drinks are only available in the lobby bar between 7 pm and 11 pm. It would be convenient if these drinks were available at all bars throughout the day.

The hotel features an infinity pool overlooking the beach. There is also a gym with adequate equipment and a spa for relaxation (a good place to be late afternoon when temperatures drop!). The beach is accessible via a lift, followed by a short walk.

All staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The animation team, especially Patryk. Staff were always ready to address any questions or concerns with a smile.

The main buffet restaurant had a good selection of food to meet various tastes, something for everyone. Fresh pizzas were lovely at the pool bar. A la carte restaurant Kaya is also really nice and offered a different dining experience.

fresh towels free water daily cleaning beautiful view
i found my twin room sea view comfortable. it was cleaned every day and i received fresh towels. free water was supplied daily (i really appreciated that). the sea views from the room were beautiful.
the wine menu by the glass was quite limited. it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise enjoyable stay. i wish there were more options available during dinner.

the food was good with plenty of choices. the kiai restaurant offered excellent cuisine. the buffet provided a decent variety, though i'm not always a fan of buffets. i found several enjoyable options each day.

the location provided easy access to the beach and the surrounding areas. the pool area was really nice and offered reasonably priced snacks. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist.
I found the all-inclusive option confusing. The buffet was adequate but quite boring. i tried the a la carte restaurant and was fully charged, even for drinks i believed were included. the snack bar offered limited choices, and many items required extra payment.
