I found the hotel clean and well-kept. the staff was very attentive and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. i received complimentary water in my room upon arrival, a detail i appreciated, and breakfast offered a wide selection of buffet items. prices for drinks and additional food were reasonable.

The location offers a lovely bay view. The rooms are spacious and include a huge, comfortable bed. I found the bathroom to be nice. The food at the main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice and good quality (the fresh pizzas are amazing!).
I found that branded drinks are only available in the lobby bar between 7 pm and 11 pm. It would be convenient if these drinks were available at all bars throughout the day.

The hotel features an infinity pool overlooking the beach, providing a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a gym with adequate equipment and a spa for relaxation (a good place to be late afternoon when temperatures drop!). The beach is accessible via a lift, followed by a short walk.

All staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The animation team, especially Patryk, made us feel welcomed and entertained. Staff were always ready to address any questions or concerns with a smile, enhancing our stay.

The main buffet restaurant had a good selection of food to meet various tastes, something for everyone. Fresh pizzas were lovely at the pool bar. A la carte restaurant Kaya is also really nice and offered a different dining experience.

i found my twin room sea view comfortable. it was cleaned every day and i received fresh towels. free water was supplied daily (i really appreciated that). the sea views from the room were beautiful.
the wine menu by the glass was quite limited. it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise enjoyable stay. i wish there were more options available during dinner.

the food was good with plenty of choices. the kiai restaurant offered excellent cuisine. the buffet provided a decent variety, though i'm not always a fan of buffets. i found several enjoyable options each day.

the pool areas are well-maintained. the spa facilities are brilliant (a true highlight of my stay). the bedroom was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and a microwave. it added convenience to my visit.

I found the all-inclusive option confusing. The buffet was adequate but quite boring. i tried the a la carte restaurant and was fully charged, even for drinks i believed were included. the snack bar offered limited choices, and many items required extra payment.
